La educación a través de TED

Abstract

Students ' learning is motivated by interests and skills and often linked to their experiences. However, many of us are defending the idea that without proper motivation and innovation by teachers, classrooms and the entire school environment is relegated to an obsolete educational system. Motivational talks are gaining ground and often have a great impact among attendees, boosting their self-esteem and strengthening their commitment to face new challenges in education and new challenges with their students. The appearance of the TED talks make it possible for anyone to share the ideas that are concerned about education, being for many sources of inspiration. With This work aims to analyze the impact that TED talks have today, because for many is an interesting tool that helps them in the reflection of their day to day in the classroom.

El aprendizaje de los estudiantes viene motivado por intereses y habilidades y en muchas ocasiones ligado a sus experiencias. Sin embargo, muchos somos los que defendemos la idea de que sin una adecuada motivación e innovación por parte de los maestros, las aulas y todo el entorno escolar queda relegado en un sistema educativo obsoleto. Las charlas motivacionales van ganando terreno y suelen tener un gran impacto entre los asistentes, poniendo en alza su autoestima y viéndose reforzado así su compromiso para afrontar nuevos retos en educación y nuevos retos con sus alumnos. La aparición de las charlas TED consiguen que cualquier persona pueda compartir las ideas que se traten sobre educación, siendo para muchos fuente de inspiración. Con este trabajo pretende analizar el impacto que las charlas TED tienen en la actualidad, ya que para muchos es una herramienta interesante que les ayuda en la reflexión de su día a día en el aula.
