Terminological units are basic elements of specialized texts and appear always in context, i.e. they are framed with other units which can be terms too or combinations of lexemes. These complex units can be fixed or present semantic or syntactic restrictions. They belong to terminological phraseology and must be separated from the simple phraseology of common language as so far they provide a essential component of specialized languages. Our paper aims to expose the state of research about the phraseology of special languages and to examplify a contrastive analysis of certain «verb + noun collocations» in Spanish and German civil law (especially family law).en_EN
