Un modelo matemático con ecuaciones diferenciales en farmacia

Abstract

The main objective of this work is, first of all, to give a brief description of the structure of the receptor tyrosine kinase system, known as the RTK system, in the absence of an inhibitor and derive the mathematical model that characterizes it. Subsequently after observing the results of some simulations, the underlying mathematical analysis and the three ways of inhibiting the process will be studied by analyzing the impact of the inhibitor on each of them.

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es, primero, dar una breve descripción de la estructura del sistema tirosinas quinasas receptoras, conocido como sistema RTK, en ausencia de un inhibidor y derivar el modelo matemático que lo caracteriza. Posteriormente, tras observar los resultados de algunas simulaciones, se estudiará el análisis matemático subyacente y las tres formas de inhibir el proceso analizando el impacto del inhibidor en cada una de ellas.
