AB Throughout this innovation project, we have carried out a didactic proposal in aninterdisciplinary way, although giving the greatest weight to the subject of Spanish Languageand Literature. It has been put into practice with the five level of Primary Education in acenter of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. The purpose of this work is to introduce eating habitswith an active methodology, based on the use of both technological and manipulative toolsand cooperative work, starting from problematic situations. In addition, it is a participativemethodology and adjusted to the reality of the student, which avoids, thus, the traditionalapproach with which it is not possible to internalize in the same way said contents.
