AB The topic of this research is the situation of the European and British citizens’rights as a consequence of the United Kingdom exit procedure of theEuropean Union. The first part is the regulation of the free right of movementfor workers, extended to the majority of citizens of any Member Stateaccording to the Court of Justice of the European Union. Secondly, it will bebriefly treated the evolution of this exit procedure and the possible situationsthat could conclude it in relation of the citizens’ rights. Finally, as one ofthose possible scenarios, it is going to be analysed the withdrawal agreementbetween the European Union and the United Kingdom.
