AB This	final	degree	project	revolves	around	a	study	on	the	development	and	application	of	the	right	to	privacy	recognized	as	a	fundamental	right	in	Article	18.1	of	the	Spanish	Constitution	in	a	globalized	world	in	which	advances	in	the	field	have	played	a	key	role.	Internet	where	different	mechanisms	have	called	into	question	its	application	due,	in	large	part,	to	the	irresponsible	use	that	violates	a	personal	right	that	fully	affects	the	private	sphere.	That	is	why,	through	this	TFG,	an	x-ray	of	the	current	Spanish	regulation	has	been	sought,	with	a	clear	incidence	of	European	standards,	through	which	we	have	sought	to	give	legal	certainty	to	the	use	of	the	different	devices,	taking	into	account	In	the	same	way	as	in	any	other	right,	that	of	privacy	suffers	a	series	of	limitations	when	confronted	with	other	rights	such	as	information	or	freedom	of	expression.
