AB The purpose of this research work pivots on the reform operated in our criminalprosecution system by Law 41/2015 which resulted in a decided modification of theapplication of criminal connection causes in the criminal process, especially in therestricted scope of Jurisdiction of the Jury Tribunal, since, due to its supplementarynature, it clearly affects the attribution of its jurisdiction by connection, a reform thatjoins the already controversial interpretation of Article 5.2 c) of Law 5/1995, of 22May, of the Jury Court, which has raised numerous heterogeneous jurisprudentialpronouncements, especially if it is noticed in the disparity of interpretative criteriagiven by the Supreme Court in the famous Non-Jurisdictional Plenary Agreements ofthe Second Chamber of the Supreme Court.
