AB In the present work we have tried to show a little more what the criminal process of minors is, since it is a process that has not been sufficiently treated in the last years, therefore, we have tried to give a little more light on this process.We have learned more about the fundamental pillars of the process and, in particular, we have learned more about the institution of the MF, which is responsible for carrying out a phase of such importance as the investigation, which we cannot forget is the phase aimed at clarifying the facts punishable by law.Why has it been decided to work on the instruction phase in this procedure? The answer is simple, because in the criminal proceedings of minors the investigation phase is very important, as a result of the principle of opportunity, since in the investigation phase, just as the file can be opened, if certain circumstances occur, it can be filed, and as a result of the filing, a complaint cannot be filed again on the same matter, except for the specifications set out in the CIRC 1/2000 of the General State Prosecutor's Office
