AB The equality plan is one of the measures established in Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men, and consists of an ordered set of measures, adopted after making a situation diagnosis, aimed at achieving equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in the company and eliminating discrimination based on sex.The purpose of this work is to carry out an analysis of the preparation and application of Equality Plans by companies, for which the main aspects of them will be studied, such as their concept and regulation, the obligation to negotiate and apply the Equality Plan, the way of elaboration and design, the minimum content that it must have, and the sanctions that would suppose for the employer not to attend to such obligations
