AB This study is based on the analysis of access to employment for youngpeople who have a training but do not have the necessary experience todevelop a job. In addition to other difficulties such as the economic crisisthat Spain went through and the Covid-19 crisis that is currently in theworld.First, the training that the young population has is exposed and how theirlittle experience in it affects the labor market. In addition, an analysis willbe made of the unemployment percentage of the less long-lived population,by age groups that include between 16 and 30 years, by training and byautonomous communities. Next, the occupations that young people choosewill be pointed out since, due to the skills acquired, they do not have accessto the desired job. Finally, it will inquire about the measures to promoteemployment at the provincial and state level and a conclusion will be madewith all the content worked on.
