The WAMI scales (adapted by Duarte-Lores et al., 2021) were used tomeasure meaningful work, UWES to measure engagement developed by Schaufeli &Bakker (2003), Skills Subscale - Demands of the Cable and DeRue PerceivedAdjustment Scale. (2002), Fatigue Subscale of the Subjective Mental Workload Scaleby Rolo González, Díaz Cabrera and Hernández-Fernaud (2009) and a Questionnaireof sociodemographic and labor data. The results obtained show positive and significantrelationships between the variables. Meaningful Work, Job Adjustment andEngagement. Likewise, it is observed that workers with high levels of adjustment to theposition present higher levels of involvement with their work. However, there are nodifferences based on gender and the performance of customer service positions in thevariables analyzed. Nor were significant differences found in people with greaterseniority in the job in engagement and significant work.
