Aprendizaje basado en proyectos. Una propuesta desde la observación en las Prácticas del centro.

Abstract

Nowadays , the students at school need a progress in the methodologies, more active and participatory, in the curriculum of the subjects have been introduced the key competences, necessary as an indispensable condition to achieve that the individuals reach the full personal development , social and professional that fits the demands of a globalized world. Getting students involved in the activities is essential, because the students are discouraged and it is recognized that they do not learn. The traditional environment at schools focused on the knowledge of the teacher as a transmitter of content and the student as a receiver and simple listener, following the vision of the different roles of authoritarian teachers and students; that the content of the subject has been maintained in the most basic support from the textbooks, up to the modern devices currently and of course, without forgetting the way of certifying the learning on the part of the student, based on the resolution of a written test that determines the degree of knowledge of the student.

En los tiempos que vivimos los centros formativos necesitan cambiar sus métodos de enseñanza tradicionales por metodologías más activas y participativas para el alumnado. En el currículum de las materias se han ido introduciendo las competencias claves, necesarias como condición indispensable para lograr que los individuos alcancen el pleno desarrollo personal, social y profesional ajustándose a las demandas de un mundo globalizado. John Dewey (1859-1952), enunció “si enseñamos a los estudiantes de hoy como enseñamos ayer, les estamos robando el mañana”. Se debe mejorar el método de enseñanza, surgiendo la necesidad de comprobar que el pensamiento lleva a la adquisición del conocimiento por medio de la acción. Los docentes, en general coinciden en indicar que el alumnado se encuentra desmotivado y reconoce que no aprende los contenidos. Por ello conseguir involucrar al alumnado en las actividades docentes es primordial.
