Cuestiones geográficas sobre el bosque termófilo canario. Cuatro casos del sur de Anaga.

Abstract

Este estudio biogeográfico se realiza sobre el bosque termófilo, con la finalidad principal de comprobar si la distribución espacial que tiene esta vegetación se debe a factores bioclimáticos, a factores antrópicos o a la combinación de ambos. El ámbito elegido es la vertiente sur de Anaga, donde se seleccionaron 4 barrancos. En ellos se hace una caracterización general de la vegetación, con la ayuda de herramientas fundamentales utilizadas en las diversas salidas de campo, como los inventarios florísticos y los perfiles de vegetación, entre otras. También se estudia la distribución espacial de los tipos de vegetación, que se basa en analizar de manera más específica los diferentes datos de cada barranco. Por último, se hace una pequeña conclusión de cada espacio en la que se relacionan los resultados con la hipótesis y con los objetivos de este trabajo. Al final se expondrán las consideraciones finales, donde se desarrollan las ideas generales resultantes de este estudio.

This biogeography study is based on the thermophilous woodland, with the purpose of verifying if the spatial distribution pertaining to this vegetation is occasioned by bioclimatic factors, anthropogenic factors, or the combination of these two factors. The chosen sector is the southern slope of Anaga, where four ravines were selected. In each of these a general characterization of the vegetation is made, with the help of fundamental tools used in the different field trips, such as floral inventories and vegetation profiles, amongst others. The spatial distribution of the types of vegetation is also studied, this being based on a more specific analysis of the different data of each ravine. Finally, a small conclusion is made of each space in which the results are matched to the hypothesis and the objectives of this study. At the end, the final considerations will be stated, where the general ideas resulting from this study will be developed.
