Este trabajo estudia la regulación del transporte marítimo en Canarias, con el fin de poner
de manifiesto su novedad en el ordenamiento jurídico español. Esta norma inaugura una
nueva etapa caracterizada por la preocupación sobre el entorno marítimo y las actividades
económicas a él vinculadas.
This work is related to the study
of the regulation of shipping in the Canaries, with the aim of highlighting its novelty in the
Spanish legal system. This rule opens a new phase characterized by concern about the
marine environment and the economic activities associated with it.
