¿Qué características tiene la educación intercultural que se diseña y aplica en los centros educativos españoles?

Abstract

El profesorado, de forma general, se encuentra de acuerdo en cuanto a la pertinencia y necesidad de la educación intercultural en nuestras escuelas, pero ¿la interculturalidad forma parte del currículum de la escuela? ¿Cómo se plantea la interculturalidad? ¿Cómo se aplica la educación intercultural? ¿Cuáles son las necesidades del profesorado ante la educación intercultural? ¿Quién está envuelto o debe estar envuelto en este proceso? ¿Cuáles son las propuestas del profesorado para su aplicación? Éstas son algunas de las preguntas a las que procuramos dar respuesta con nuestra investigación, en la que hemos utilizado la técnica de recogida de datos denominada grupos de discusión y hemos analizado la información obtenida con el Programa informático Nudist Vivo, versión 8.

The teaching staff, in general, is in agreement with the relevance and the necessity to apply to the intercultural education in schools, but: Is the intercultural education present in the schools currículum?, how is it raise?, how is it applied?, which are the needs of the teaching staff respect to the intercultural education?, who is involve or must be in this process?, which are the proposals of the teaching staff for its application? These are some of the questions we are trying to answer with our investigation, in which, we have used the data collection technique call «discussion groups» and we have analyzed the obtained data with the computer science Program Nudist Vivo, version 8.
