El materialismo como anamnesis de la génesis. La influencia de Alfred Sohn-Rethel en la interpretación adorniana del sujeto trascendental

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es prestar atención sobre los aspectos principales de la influencia que ejerce la obra de Alfred Sohn –Rethel en la formación de la filosofía materialista de Theodor W. Adorno. Adorno reconoce a SohnRethel como el primero en descubrir el trabajo social que se oculta en la actividad universal del espíritu. La abstracción no sólo representa las condiciones de la objetividad del conocimiento, sino también la forma de la sociedad como sistema funcional, inconsciente de sí misma

The main goal of this article is to investigate the evolution of Theodor W. Adorno’s reading of Sohn-Rethel to present it as a central theme for the formation of his own materialistic philosophy. Sohn-Rethel was the first to point out that the concept of the transcendental subject represents not only something abstract; it represents the society unaware of itself. The purpose is to expose some aspects of Adorno´s interpretation of the subject-object relationship and transcendental subjectivity from a materialistic dialectical position.
