Abstract

This technical document is the academic final work develop by Adrian Jesus Correa as requirement to conclude B.Sc Mechanical Engineer studies at Universidad de La Laguna. The aim of this engineering project is to develop and acquire important professional competences, important and necessaries to work as engineer. From an academic point of view, to do this project is mandatory to demonstrate acquired knowledge about this field of engineering so far. The aim of this project is to design an industrial building for a use as storage and repair of construction machines. The building will have two different zones with adequate sizes to be able to carry out the activities planned. Not only the design was carried, out but also the structure calculus, the distribution analysis, electrical, plumbing and sanitation installations. On the other side, this project has a second objective: to show a modern and functional solution of a common problem, for that I have been applied the knowledge acquired throughout the university studies and I have applied the technical regulations in the fulfillment of laws.
