Las analogías como estrategia docente

Abstract

Las analogías son un elemento fundamental en el proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje porque contribuyen a la construcción del conocimiento. El presente trabajo, ha permitido identificarlas, conocer su estructura y clasificarlas siguiendo los criterios establecidos. Por ello, esta propuesta pretende conocer si los docentes de Educación Infantil y el alumnado de la universidad, conocen sus significado y utilidad, las emplean en el aula y comprenden sus beneficios. Se han desarrollado dos cuestionarios simultáneos para poder analizar y contrastar las opiniones de los dos sectores, estudiantes y docentes, y así conocer si realmente son consideradas una estrategia docente.

Analogies are a fundamental element in the teaching-learning process because they contribute to the building of knowledge. The present project has enabled to identify such analogies, know their structure and classify them following the established criteria. Therefore, this proposal aims at finding out whether the teachers in Early Childhood Education and the students at university, know their meaning and usefulness, use them in the classroom and understand their benefits. Two simultaneous questionnaires have been developed to analyze and contrast the opinions of both sectors, students and teachers. That way, we will know if they are really considering a strategy.
