De igual a igual

Abstract

The present proposal of intervention: "On equal terms" is part of the Bachelor Final Project. This proposal is about gender equality, a very trendy issue, because there exists a great inequality between men and women in our society. The IES (High School) Ofra V has been used as the reference center since it is where the author’s internship took place and it has been possible to observe how the students reproduce sexist attitudes and have a lack of knowledge about the concepts. Therefore, we decided to make an educational proposal to promote gender equality in those teenage students. Throughout this work we will talk about some concepts related to the topic and the importance of addressing gender equality since adolescence. We will also talk about the methodology used, the proposed intervention and the pertinent conclusions.

La presente propuesta de intervención: “De igual a igual” se enmarca en la asignatura de Trabajo de Fin de Grado de Pedagogía. Esta propuesta de intervención trata sobre la igualdad de Género, un tema de gran actualidad, ya que existe una gran desigualdad entre hombres y mujeres en la sociedad. Se ha tomado como centro de referencia el IES Ofra V ya que es donde ha tenido lugar las prácticas del grado y se ha podido observar como el alumnado reproduce actitudes machistas y tiene un desconocimiento en cuanto a conceptos. Por ello, se ha querido realizar una propuesta educativa para fomentar la igualdad de género en adolescentes. A lo largo de este trabajo se va a hablar de algunos conceptos relacionados con el tema y la importancia de tratar la igualdad de género desde la adolescencia. Así mismo, se hablará de la metodología empleada y propuesta de intervención y las pertinentes conclusiones.
