Propuesta de página web turística para el municipio de Candelaria

Abstract

El turismo es un sector dinámico y complejo sobre el que repercuten múltiples factores, tales como la gran evolución tecnológica de los últimos años y con ella, internet. Esto ha hecho que la forma de comunicar y promocionar los destinos turísticos haya evolucionado, por lo que estos deben adaptarse a los nuevos cambios para así, mantener su posición estratégica y lograr el éxito. En este trabajo de fin de grado, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica previa, se plasma la necesidad de una página web de información y promoción turística para el municipio de Candelaria, justificando así, la propuesta de creación y desarrollo de Visit Candelaria, junto con la nueva marca turística y su línea de merchandising, la implantación de códigos QR y la instalación de una cámara web en tiempo real.

Tourism is a dynamic and complex sector on which many factors affect, such as the great technological evolution of the last few years and with it, internet. This has made that the way to communicate and promote tourist destinations had evolved, so these must adapt themselves to the new changes in order to maintain its strategic position and achieve success. In this dissertation, starting from a previous bibliographical review, it is envisaged the need of a website which contains enriching information and will be used to promote tourism for the municipality of Candelaria, thus justifying the proposal of creation and development of Visit Candelaria, the new tourist branding and merchandising products, the implantation of QR codes and the installation of a live webcam.
