In 2007, one of the hardest economic crises in recent decades broke out worldwide. The
so-called subprime crisis or crisis of subprime mortgages caused by a large accumulated debt by
credit institutions, which financed unsatisfying customers for the purchase of a home. This
economic crisis, although it originated in the US, quickly reached Spain. In 2008 the real estate
bubble burst in our country, which produced a destruction of employment, especially in the
construction sector.
As of 2012, there is an economic recovery if we rely on the annual variation rate of the gross
domestic product (GDP) at constant prices, but there are still many shortcomings of the economic
EE.UU rápidamente llegó a España.
