Propuesta de dinamización : el caso del municipio de Güímar

Abstract

En busca de un reparto más equitativo de los flujos turísticos que llegan a las Islas Canarias hemos desarrollado esta propuesta de dinamización dedicada al municipio de Güímar, ubicado en Tenerife, España. Su finalidad es la puesta en valor de patrimonio natural y cultural que posee este lugar. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio prospectivo del territorio que nos ha aportado un enfoque integrado y preciso, permitiendo actuar en sintonía con la idiosincrasia de este y, por ende, facilita la labor de integración de la actividad turística en el Valle de Güímar. Hemos estructurado la zona poniendo al paisaje como principal valor competitivo y diferenciador, permitiendo mutar la riqueza natural y cultural en un producto turístico, proyectando una oferta basada en la economía verde que enfatiza en los diferentes aspectos patrimoniales enfocado en la cultura y la aventura

In search of more evenly distrubuted flux of tourists that arrive to the Canary Islands, we have developed this proposal of revitalization dedicated to the Municipality of Güímar, located in Tenerife, Spain. The goa lof this proposal is the enchancement of natural and cultural heritage that owns this place. For that, it has been done a prospective study of the field of influence that has provided us an integrated and precise view, allowing us to act in tune with the idyosincrasy of itself and, thus, aidding the labor of integrating touristic activities in the Valley of Güímar. We have organized this territory placing the landscape as its main competitive and distinguishable value, allowing the turn of natural and cultural resources into touristic activities, projecting an offer based in green economy that emphasizes in various aspects of the heritage focused in the culture and adventure
