Diseño y cálculo del sistema de climatización de un hotel rural

Abstract

The main objetive of this Project is to design and calculate the climate control system of a rural hotel. The hotel will have ten rooms and will be located at La Esperanza. In order to aconditionate the different areas it is necessary to accomplish the following tasks. The first thing needed to be done, was designing the hotel while defining all the necessary properties to be able to calculate the thermal loads. Once the demanded termal power per room was already calculated, the next step was to select the optimum equipment to each one. After that, the hidraullic system was design with its corresponding calculation of load losses, water flow and pipe diameters. While having all this information, we could select the water treatment unit and the necessary insulation for the pipes. Finally, base on the previous calculation, the pumps, the inertia tanks and the expansion device for the installation were chosed. Having done all this, we could guarantee the comfort and well being conditions required by the specifications inside the aconditionated rooms.
