| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Study of a clinical case to verify the therapeutic effect of Lax Vox in a presbyphony diagnosed to a patient with a chronic respiratory pathology. The acoustic and perceptual changes of the voice were recorded, as well as the possible changes in the laryngeal physiology. For this, an acoustic study of the voice was carried out with the Praat program, a stroboscopy that provided the laryngeal image for evaluation by the ENT, and finally, subjective quality measures of the voice were taken with GRABS scales, and VHI - 10. The acoustic voice parameters were evaluated every 15 days before and after the therapeutic session with the speech therapist. The intervention program was self-administered daily by the patient during the morning, afternoon and evening. The results show that treatment has positive effects on the patient 's voice, both physiologically and acoustically - perceptually. | en |
