El contrato de hosting

Abstract

The task carried out tries to make an inquiry about one of the most booming commercial contracts currently, due to the development of new technologies. The work consists in the analysis of the hosting contract, we will try to make a breakdown of the most important parts that make up these contracts. We will begin the study by providing some knowledge about the origin and some concepts of the internet, which will help us to understand the virtual world a little better. We will continue to give a concept about what hosting is, and then we will make the distinction of the different characters, classes and contents of these contracts. With what has been analyzed so far we will try to describe the legal nature of the contract, an essential fact to know what regulations regulate it. Finally, we will hold an exhibition on the different elements that make up these contracts. Concluding subjectively with the most important aspect of work.

La tarea realizada intenta hacer una indagación sobre uno de los contratos mercantiles que más auge tiene en la actualidad, debido al desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías. El trabajo consiste en el análisis del contrato de hosting, intentaremos hacer una descomposición de las partes más importantes que componen estos contratos. Empezaremos el estudio proporcionando algunos conocimientos sobre el origen, y dando algunas nociones de internet, que nos ayudaran a comprender un poco mejor el mundo virtual. Continuaremos dando un concepto sobre lo que es el hosting, y seguido realizaremos la distinción de los diferentes caracteres, clases y contenidos, de estos contratos. Con lo analizado hasta el momento intentaremos exponer la naturaleza jurídica del contrato, hecho indispensable para saber que normativa lo regula. Para terminar, llevaremos a cabo una descripción sobre los distintos elementos que componen estos contratos. Concluyendo de manera subjetiva con el aspecto más importante del trabajo.
