Análisis comparativo entre el renting y otros sistemas de financiación

Abstract

Financing systems for the acquisition of capital have evolved over the years to meet new demands while improving accessibility and usability.The objective of this document is to compare the three types of financing: renting, leasing and loaning. Although these are not modern concepts, it is important to highlight the recent boom in renting, as it facilitates and simplifies management.Therefore, to carry out a more up to date analysis, these concepts were reviewed to give a broader and more diverse vision to the reader. For that purpose, the methodology used to drive this study relied on the elaboration of interviews done in three different businesses which sell these types of financing and a series of graphs which demonstrate the evolution of these products.

Los sistemas de financiación para la adquisición de capital han ido evolucionando con el paso de los años y se han ido adaptando a las nuevas necesidades del demandante, facilitándole el acceso y el uso del mismo. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la comparación entre los tres tipos de financiación: el renting, el leasing y el préstamo bancario. Aunque no son conceptos modernos, si es importante destacar el reciente auge de uno de ellos, el renting, ya que facilita y simplifica la gestión. Por tanto, con la intención de realizar un trabajo más novedoso, se realizó un análisis de estos conceptos, con el fin de crear una visión más amplia y diversa al lector. Para ello, se empleó una metodología basada en la elaboración de tres entrevistas en diferentes empresas que ofertan estos tipos de financiación y una serie de gráficas que tratan sobre la evolución.
