Percepción sobre el proceso de inclusión social de los/as profesionales que trabajan con el colectivo de personas migrantes en el Proyecto Buzzetti.

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es conocer la percepción de los/as profesionales que trabajan con el colectivo de personas migrantes sobre el proceso de inclusión social, desde el Proyecto Buzzetti de la Fundación Don Bosco.Para la realización de este documento, han participado un total de cinco profesionales que emprenden su labor en la Fundación Don Bosco de Tenerife. Para ello, se ha utilizado el método cualitativo, que ha consistido en realizar una entrevistade elaboración propia en la que se busca responder a los objetivos marcados. Los resultados de este estudionos permiten conocer el proceso de inclusión social delas personas migrantes,a partir de una perspectiva profesional,presentándose lasdificultades que se les presentan en la sociedad de acogida,las expectativas que traen consigodesde su país de origen y los resultados positivos obtenidos. Los conocimientos de este estudio, permiten descubrir una realidad, que muchas veces se desconoce y que actualmente persiste en España.

The objective of this study is to know the perception of the professionals who work with the migrant’scollective on the process of social inclusion,from the Buzzetti Project of the Don Bosco Foundation. In order to carry out this document, a total of five professionals who work in the Don Bosco Foundationin Tenerife.To this end, it has been used the qualitative method, which has consisted in conducting a self-elaboration interview in which seeks to respond to the objectives marked. The results of this study allow us to know the process of social inclusion of migrants, from a professional perspective, presenting the difficulties presented to them in the host society, the expectations they bring with them from Their country of origin and the positive results obtained.The knowledge of this study allows to discover a reality, which is often unknown and currently persists in Spain.
