La curva de la vida: prematuridad y apoyo familiar.

Abstract

El proyecto “La curva de la vida: prematuridad y apoyo familiar”va dirigido principalmente a entender la prematuridad como un fenómeno actual en nuestra sociedad, donde cada vez nacen más niños yniñas de forma prematura, así comoa facilitar el proceso que atraviesan los padres y madres cuando esto ocurre.Actualmente, aunque no existe una causa concreta, síque hay fenómenos que pueden hacer propicio que un bebé nazca de manera temprana.El objetivo general de este proyecto se enmarca en el Plan Integral de Apoyo a la Familia 2015-2017 y consiste en ofrecerapoyo preferente a familias que se encuentren en situaciones especiales. Así mismo, para llevar este a cabo, se contemplan también diferentesobjetivos operativos(explicados en el apartado número ocho del proyecto) y que se intentarán lograrcon el mayor éxito posible mediante una serie de actividadesen la etapa gestacional y en la etapa post-gestacional. Todo ellomediante un equipo transdisciplinar de profesionalesespecializadoscuyo fin último es hacercomprender el mundo de la prematuridad y ofrecer el apoyo y la atención necesaria a las familias de estos pequeños valientes.

The Project ‘The Curve of Life: prematurity and family support’ is mainly aimed at understanding prematurity as acurrent phenomenon in our society, where more and more children are being born prematurely, as well as facilitatingthe process that parents and mothers are going through when this happens. Currently, although there is no specific cause, there are phenomena that can make it suitable for a baby to be born early.The overall objective of this Project is framed in the Integral Plan of Support to the Family 2015-2017 and consists in offreing preferential support to families in special situations. Likewise, to carry out this, we also contemplate different operational objectives (explained in section eight of the Project) and that they will try to achieve with the greatest success posible through a series of activities in the gestational stage and in the post-gestational stage. All this through a transdisciplinary team of specialized professionals whose ultimate goa lis to understand the world of prematurity and offer the necessary support and attention to the families of these brave littles ones.
