En todo proceso de activación turística patrimonial, la preservación, la articulación con otras políticas regionales y nacionales, la participación de la sociedad local y el capital humano serán factores claves en una planificación responsable que contribuya a diversificar la propuesta turística de un territorio concreto y que pueda contribuir a generar alguna incidencia positiva de orden social y económica en la zona
