Abstract

Ante una enmienda del tenor de un texto llevada a cabo por el profesor Alvaro D’Ors, se propone una lectura distinta del texto, que prescindiría de la enmienda, en razón de la atribución de un valor lógico diferente a la partícula disyuntiva «aut». El texto contempla una novación de obligaciones.

Before an amendment of the state of a text carried out by the Prof. Alvaro D’Ors, a distinct reading of the text is proposed, that would dispense with the amendment, with regard to the attribution of a different logical value to the disyuntive particle «aut». The text contemplates a novation of obligations.
