Sistema Financiero Autonómico

Abstract

El sistema financiero Autonómico es el encargado de regular y garantizar todo ese entramado de instituciones, normativas…, relacionadas con la actividad financiera de las distintas comunidades autónomas. En un principio, partiremos del establecimiento de los conceptos fundamentales que nos lleven a entender en primer lugar como se regula el sistema financiero estatal, la historia del mismo y su comparación, su funcionamiento, para a continuación poder pasar al ámbito de las comunidades autónomas, dentro de las cuales diferenciaremos las de régimen común y las forales, y analizaremos las diferentes ventajas e inconvenientes del actual modelo autonómico, centrándonos, por otro lado, en las principales características de la comunidad autónoma de Canarias, que la hacen especial dentro del modelo común, al que pertenece.

With this work, I will prepare to carry out an analysis of the operation of the autonomous financing system in force in our country. Initially we will start from the establishment of the fundamental concepts that lead us to understand in the first place how the state financial system is regulated, the history of the same and its comparison, to then be able to move to the scope of the autonomous communities, within which We will differentiate the common regime and the regional ones, and we will analyze the different advantages and disadvantages of the current regional model, focusing, on the other hand, on the main characteristics of the Canarian community that make it special within the generality.
