Proyecto de intervención con mujeres víctimas de violencia sexual

Abstract

Mediante este proyecto de intervención se pretende la implementación de un grupo de apoyo y autoayuda dirigido a diez usuarias del Servicio de Atención a Menores y Mujeres Víctimas de Violencia de Género (SIAM) perteneciente al Cabildo Insular de Fuerteventura, que hayan sido víctimas de una o más de las tipologías y manifestaciones que contempla la violencia sexual de género. Al ser la finalidad principal del proyecto de intervención la promoción de la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres y el avance hacia la eliminación de la desigualdad de género mediante el empoderamiento de las mujeres, éste se desarrollará en catorce sesiones grupales en las que, mediante técnicas, talleres y dinámicas, las destinatarias participarán activamente en un proceso de aprendizaje y reflexión sobre la imposición de género recibida, potenciándose el autocuidado y la autoestima individual y colectiva, la autodeterminación para el planteamiento de sus proyectos vitales y el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, organizativas, comunicativas y de resolución de conflictos, creando así un espacio que cubra sus necesidades de apoyo, unión, pertenencia, reconocimiento y acompañamiento durante el proceso de reparación de la violencia sufrida, evitando el aislamiento social e impulsando el resto de servicios de bienestar social disponibles. Además de ello, se tendrán en cuenta los factores personales y las características socioculturales de cada una de las participantes con las que se intervendrá, prestándoles constantemente ayuda, información y asesoramiento, procurándose el establecimiento de una red de apoyo eficaz, sólida y estable que contribuya al progreso de una sociedad sana, justa e igualitaria para las mujeres.

This intervention project aims to implement a support and self-help group aimed at ten users of the Service for Children and Women Victims of Gender Violence (SIAM) belonging to the Island Council of Fuerteventura, who have been victims of one or more of the types and manifestations of sexual gender violence, this social problem being present in more than half of the cases dealt with by this Service. As the main purpose of the intervention project is the promotion of equality between men and women and progress towards the elimination of gender inequality through the empowerment of women, it will be developed in fourteen group sessions in which, through techniques, workshops and dynamics, the beneficiaries will actively participate in a process of learning and reflection on the imposition of gender received, promoting self-care and individual and collective self-esteem, self-determination in the planning of their life projects and the development of social, organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills, thus creating a space that covers their needs for support, union, belonging, recognition and accompaniment during the process of repairing violence, avoiding social isolation and promoting the rest of the available social welfare services. In addition, the personal factors and socio-cultural characteristics of each of the participants with whom intervention will be carried out will be taken into account, providing them with constant help, information and advice, and seeking to establish an effective, solid and stable support network that contributes to the progress of a healthy, fair and egalitarian society for women.
