Fidel Castro y los inicios de la revolución cubana

Abstract

Se analizan las causas que produjeron la Revolución Cubana, tanto económica, como política y socialmente, centrándose el trabajo en la figura que lideró esta rebelión, Fidel Castro, indagando en su infancia, adolescencia y madurez, descubriendo los cambios ideológicos sufridos hasta su llegada al poder y en los primeros momentos de su acceso al mismo. A su vez, se le dará gran importancia al papel de los EEUU en este proceso, un actor vital en el desarrollo de la Cuba independiente como en el surgimiento de la Revolución y en el posterior clima de tensión diplomático con el nuevo gobierno cubano.

The causes that produced the Cuban Revolution are analyzed, both economically, politically and socially, focusing the work on the figure that led this rebellion, Fidel Castro, investigating his childhood, adolescence and maturity, discovering the ideological changes suffered until his arrival in power and in the first moments of access to it. In turn, great importance will be given to the role of the United States in this process, a vital actor in the development of independent Cuba, as well as in the emergence of the Revolution and in the subsequent climate of diplomatic tension with the new Cuban government.
