Proyecto de baja tensión e incendios de un hotel con restaurante.

Abstract

This paper contains the design and calculations of a low-voltage and fire-fighting installation in a hotel with restaurant, taking into consideration the current regulations. The hotel is located in the village of el Médano, on the island of Tenerife. This project is made up of a descriptive report of the electrical and fire-fighting installations, the supporting calculations for each one of them, the plans of the building. It also includes the general specifications describing the regulatory, legal and administrative aspects, a basic health and safety study that contains the measures for prevention and technical protection and finally, the financial estimate to carry out the project. Regarding its layout, the building is made up of three floors. The lower floor is for private use, the middle floor is where the main activity of the hotel is carried out and the top floor, which has access from the outside, is where the restaurant is located. The aim of this project is to grant the safety and correct functioning of the lowvoltage and fire-fighting installations in the whole structure of the hotel.
