Revisión teórica sobre gestación subrogada.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de fin de grado es de revisión bibliográfica que pretende explicar la realidad de la gestación subrogada en España. Para ello se hace un recorrido sobre las leyes que han existido y existen en nuestro país para regular esta práctica, también se presenta cómo se desarrolla este fenómeno en otros países, su regulación y condiciones; por último, se abordan los problemas que suponen para la madre gestante ya que pone el riesgo la libertad y la autonomía de la persona además de hacer un gran hincapié sobre las diferentes clases sociales. Se expondrán diferentes autores con el fin de hacer un balance de los problemas que implican y las distintas percepciones.

This final degree project is a bibliographic review since it aims to explain the reality of surrogacy in Spain by taking a tour of the laws that have existed and exist in that country against this practice as well as explaining the countries in which It develops and the conditions in them, as well as the problems they pose for the pregnant mother, since it puts the liberty and autonomy of the person at risk, in addition to placing great emphasis on the different social classes. Different authors will be exposed in order to take stock of the problems involved and the different perceptions.
