Negociación colectiva en Canarias: Igualdad, responsabilidad social y medio ambiente.

Abstract

During the development of the work we have made an analysis on the Canary Collective Agreements, focusing on three specific subjects such as equality, the environment and social responsibility. This analysis we have structured at the regional, provincial how these matters are affected according to the level. Durante el desarrollo del trabajo hemos realizado un análisis sobre los Convenios Colectivos Canarios, centrándonos en 3 medio ambiente y la responsabilidad social. nivel autonómico, provincial y empresarial para poder ver como se ven afectadas estas materias según el nivel. En este punto he tratan casi por igual en los diferentes grupos de convenios, aunque quizás no con la suficiente profundidad que reclama la situación actual. Otro de los puntos que hemos trabajado llegado a la conclusión de del tiempo, aunque coincidiendo con lo puntualizado anteriormente, no se ha evolucionado lo necesario. Finalmente, abordamos la relación de los convenios con la observamos como la ley ha generado la modificación de ciertas materias, sobre todo relacionado con la igualdad laboral.
