Responsabilidad en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.

Abstract

In the work carried out, we will learn first-hand about the different responsibilities that the employer and the worker are obliged to in the prevention of occupational risks. Starting with the legislative evolution suffered in the matter, followed by the different infractions that businessmen may commit. We will learn the difficulties that businessmen face when executing their responsibilities, as well as how they should act if they contract or subcontract services or how to act when several companies attend the same center. We will go into detail with the responsibility of the employer when facing the surcharge of benefits and finally we will address the issue of compatibility between the different responsibilities to which the employer may be subject.

En el trabajo realizado conoceremos de primera mano las distintas responsabilidades a las que se ven obligado el empresario y el trabajador en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales. Empezando con la evolución legislativa sufrida en la materia, seguido de las distintas infracciones que pueden cometer los empresarios. Aprenderemos las dificultades a las que se enfrentan los empresarios al ejecutar sus responsabilidades, así como deben actuar si contratan o subcontratan servicios o la actuación cuando concurren varias empresas en un mismo centro. Entraremos en detalle con la responsabilidad del empresario al afrontar el recargo de prestaciones y por último abordaremos el tema de la compatibilidad entre las distintas responsabilidades a las que se puede ver sometido el empresario.
