Abstract

In today's working world, mobbing is still an unknown figure, despite having a great impact both on the individual who suffers from it, as well as on their environment and professional organization that suffers negative repercussions. In the present work we try to make known through the perspective of some authors this figure that began to be investigated in the early eighties. For this, it is described as a form of physical or mental violence that occurs at work, which is manifested by different behaviors produced persistently over a period of time. Later we will investigate the subjects that are part of it, as well as its typology and phases. To finish we will go to investigate the possible protection mechanisms that the Spanish legal system offers us, specifically the figures of the Labor Inspection, the Social Jurisdiction and the Penal Code

En el mundo laboral actual, el mobbing es todavía una figura desconocida, pese a tener un gran impacto tanto en el individuo que la sufre, así como en su entorno y organización profesional que sufre repercusiones negativas. En el presente trabajo pretendemos dar a conocer a través de la perspectiva de algunos autores esta figura que se comenzó a investigar a principio de los años ochenta. Para ello, se describe como una forma de violencia física o psíquica que se produce en el trabajo, que se manifiesta por comportamientos distintos producidos de manera persistente durante un periodo de tiempo. A posteriori indagaremos en los sujetos que forman parte de ello, así como en su tipología y fases. Para finalizar acudiremos a investigar los mecanismos de protección posible que nos brinda el ordenamiento jurídico español en concreto las figuras de la Inspección de Trabajo, la Jurisdicción Social y el Código Penal.
