Familia y conversión en las cartas de Jerónimo

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es estudiar cómo actuaba la familia en el siglo IV en la conversión de sus miembros, si era un elemento de desintegración o vehículo de cristianización y el papel que tenían las viudas cristianas de la aristocracia en la educación de sus hijos.

The objective of this article is to study how the family acted on the conversion of the members in the 4th century, if it was a element of desintegration or vehicle for christianization and the role the christian widows of aristocracy had in the education of their sons and daughters.
