dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo establecer la relación existente entre el trabajo significativo y la autoeficacia laboral sobre el bienestar entendido como satisfacción vital y satisfacción laboral, en trabajadores/as de profesiones artísticas. La muestra comprende 81 personas: 31 disjockeys, 26 tatuadores/as y 24 fotógrafos/as, a los que se les administraron las escalas de Autoeficacia laboral, Trabajo Significativo (WAMI), Satisfacción con la vida (SWLS) y Satisfacción laboral (JDS). Los datos obtenidos a partir de estas escalas fueron analizados mediante el programa SPSS “Stadistical Package of Social Sciences” versión 14.0.1. Las escalas utilizadas presentan una consistencia interna óptima. Por un lado, se obtuvieron relaciones positivas y significativas entre las variables Trabajo Significativo, Satisfacción con la vida y Satisfacción laboral, y por otro lado entre Satisfacción vital y Satisfacción laboral. Asimismo, los resultados establecen una influencia relevante del trabajo significativo, la percepción de autoeficacia laboral y la satisfacción vital de las personas sobre la satisfacción laboral de los participantes en el estudio. | es |
dc.description.abstract | This research aims to establish the relationship between meaningful work and job self-efficacy on well-being understood as life satisfaction and job satisfaction in workers in artistic professions. The sample includes 81 people: 31 dis - jockeys, 26 tattoo artists and 24 photographers, who were administered the scales of Self-efficacy, Significant Work (WAMI), Satisfaction with life (SWLS) and Job satisfaction (JDS). The updated data from these scales were analyzed using the SPSS program "Statistical Package of Social Sciences" version 14.0.1. The scales used to have an optimal internal consistency. On the one hand, we obtained positive and considerable relationships between the variables Significant work, Satisfaction with life and Job satisfaction and on the other hand between Life satisfaction and Job satisfaction. Likewise, the results affected a significant influence of significant work, the perception of work self-efficacy and the life satisfaction of people on the job satisfaction of the study participants. | en |
