Planes de convivencia en centros de educación secundaria: Una revisión sistemática.

Abstract

La sociedad actual es una sociedad dinámica y que está en continuo cambio, siendo uno de los factores principales que provocan fenómenos sociales como el bullying. Centrándonos en esta nueva forma de vivir, también debemos crear un concepto diferente de educación que se ajuste a la sociedad actual, y pensar que esta educación no es solo un medio de aprendizaje. En la actualidad, entre las preocupaciones mundiales de las instituciones educativas, se encuentra el acoso escolar, es por ello que nace la necesidad de que estas instituciones implante nuevas medidas para afrontar situaciones de conflictos. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar la realidad que ocurre a diario en los centros educativos de secundaria en España, analizando los proyectos de convivencia de dichas instituciones mediante una revisión de forma sistemática. Por medio de estos proyectos, las instituciones cuentan con las herramientas y los recursos necesarios para afrontar el acoso escolar. Esto puede ser, mediante una formación permanente y la participación de toda la comunidad educativa, siendo de vital importancia ya que todos los agentes implicados en la vida del centro tienen que estar dotados de la información precisa para afrontarse a una situación de conflicto, la cual se debe resolver de forma serena con el fin de lograr un buen clima de convivencia escolar.

We are living in a dynamic society which is always changing, this is one of the main causes that leads to a social phenomenon as bullying. If we focus on this new way of life, we should create a different new concept of education that fits into this current society and also think that this education is not a simple way of learning. At present, school harrasment is one of the global concerns of the education community. According to this, new measures need to be developed by the institutions in order to face conflict situations. So the main goal of this work is to show the reality of the daily life inside the Spain's Secondary schools. To do this we will analyse the School-based Education Projects of some institutions through a review in a systematic way. With the creation of those projects the institutions 2 have got the tools and the resources they need to face school harassment. This could be trough continuous training and the involvement of all the education community. It is very significant taking into account that all the agents involved into school's life must know the required information to handle conflict situations properly, that they should be solved in a peaceful way so that there is a nice school coexistence atmosphere.
