Diseño de un modelo de costes que permita tomar decisiones en el sector del taxi

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es realizar un modelo de costes que permita tomar decisiones en función de los principales costos del sector del taxi. Se inicia esta investigación con un análisis del marco normativo del sector. A continuación, se realiza un estudio de los costes e ingresos propios de la actividad para, posteriormente, analizarlos a través de las diversas herramientas de Excel. Por último, se ha creado un simulador que nos permitiera interactuar con los costes y medir la eficiencia operativa y financiera de la actividad, sirviendo esto de base para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y el mejoramiento del desempeño presente y futuro del negocio.

The main objective of this work is to make a cost model that allows making decisions based on the main costs of the taxi sector. This research begins with an analysis of the regulatory framework of the sector. Next, a study of the costs and income of the activity was carried out, to later analyze them through various Excel tools. Finally, we created a simulator that would allow us to interact with costs, which gives the management of SMEs in the auto sector a taxi the necessary tools to measure the operational and financial efficiency of the activities, in view of this as a basis for taking of strategic decisions for the improvement of the present and future performance of the business.
