La gestión municipal del factor religioso en Canarias

Abstract

El factor religioso es una de las cuestiones que desde siempre ha suscitado problemas a nivel legislativo, no solo en nuestro país, sino en el panorama europeo e internacional. Por ello en este trabajo analizaremos el tratamiento jurídico que se le ha dado en España a lo largo de su historia para tratar de comprender la situación actual. Especialmente a cómo se regulado a partir de la aparición de la Constitución. Nos centraremos eso sí, en cómo se gestiona por parte de los entes territoriales locales, que son los encargados en la mayoría de situaciones de responder a las demandas reales que surgen en los municipios por parte de las comunidades religiosas.

The religious factor is one of the issues that have always raised problems at the legislative level, not only in our country, but in the European and international scene. Therefore, in this project we will analyze the legal treatment that has been given in Spain to this matter throughout its history to try to understand the current situation. Especially how it was regulated from the appearance of the Constitution. This project will be focused on how it is managed by the local territorial entities, which are responsible in the most part of situations about responding to the real demands that arise in the municipalities by the religious communities.
