La protección del Patrimonio Cultural: especial mención al patrimonio de Canarias

lo que supone calificar el comportamiento delictivo como agresión o como abuso sexual. Este análisis evidencia la problemática delimitación entre las agresiones sexuales intimidatorias y el abuso sexual por prevalimiento, así como también, la controversia que existe en torno a la significación del consentimiento y de cómo debe ser otorgado, por todo ello, este trabajo se centrará en buscar aquellos criterios interpretativos que nos ayuden a realizar una aplicación justa de los diferentes tipos penales.

The purpose of this work is to analyse the main rules of the protection of Cultural Heritage, especially in the Canary Islands, rightly because of the little importance given to the care of goods integrated in it. First, a presentation of the concept of Cultural Heritage and the legislative and historical evolution of the law that will be the subject of analysis in this work will be made. Likewise, a specific study of the protection measures contained in the protection of the Canary Islands; finally, a brief analysis of the case-law in an attempt to illustrate in a practical way the application of these rules.
