Abstract

The aim of this project is to improve the facilities of a mechanical workshop for the repair of commercial vehicles. The industrial building is located on the island of Tenerife. The plot has an area of approximately 2,300 m2 and has two independent buildings. Mechanical workshop is in a state of precariousness and advanced obsolescence for the right development of professional activity. The main objectives of this document are to modify and adapt the layout, design, and calculate the fire protection installations, low voltage electrical installation and adapt the sanitation and air compressed installation. The guidelines for the development of the project are to improve the working environment for the operators in terms of safety and to improve the operability of the tasks.
