Análisis del impacto de las TIC para la enseñanza en un contexto de la pandemia mundial.

Abstract

La importancia y repercusión que han alcanzado las TIC ha trascendido a todos los ámbitos de la sociedad. Concretamente, en el ámbito educativo han ido adquiriendo cada vez más protagonismo a lo largo de los años, provocando incluso un cambio de percepción de la enseñanza y se ha conseguido en gran medida dejar atrás la metodología más tradicional. En consonancia con lo mencionado, el pasado año 2020, la crisis producida por la COVID-19 obligó al sistema educativo a adaptarse a una nueva realidad donde, tanto docentes como alumnos se han visto sumidos en el reto de reconducir el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje hacia un escenario virtual. El presente trabajo trata de analizar, a partir de la revisión de diferentes artículos, los aspectos positivos y negativos suscitados por el repentino cambio hacia esta modalidad educativa virtual, entre ellos: la formación en TIC y competencias digitales de docentes y discentes, así como la modificación de los roles docentes y la dificultad que existe actualmente para garantizar la equidad social en la educación y debido a las desigualdades en la población, ampliadas por la brecha digital. Además de todo ello, en el trabajo se trata de reflexionar sobre las posibilidades que tiene esta modalidad para ser integrada completamente dentro del marco educativo.

The importance and impact that ICT have reached has spread to all areas of society. Specifically, in the field of education, they have become more and more important over the years, have besides caused a change in the perception of teaching and, to a large extent, leaving behind the more traditional methodology. In relation to the aforementioned, last year 2020, the crisis caused by COVID-19 forced the education system to adapt to a new reality where both teachers and students have been plunged into the challenge of redirecting the teaching-learning process towards a virtual stage. This work tries to analyze, from the review of different articles, the positive and negative aspects that have arisen as a consequence of the abrupt change towards this virtual educational modality, among them: ICT training and digital skills of teachers and students, as well as the modification of teaching roles and the difficulty that currently exists to guarantee social equity in education and due to the inequalities in the population, all of it increased by the digital divide. In addition to all that has been said, the work tries to reflect about possibilities that this modality has of being fully integrated into the educational framework.
