La importancia de la lectura en la etapa de Educación Infantil.

Abstract

En función a la nula experiencia obtenida en la etapa educativa de Educación Infantil con la iniciación a la lectura, se ha elaborado este trabajo de fin de grado que se centra en investigar la importancia que tiene la lectura en Educación Infantil. Para la realización del trabajo se ha analizado el currículum de la segunda etapa de la educación infantil, además de indagar y explorar temas relacionados con el proceso enseñanzaaprendizaje en relación a la lectura. Considerando que la finalidad de este proyecto es conocer la percepción y las estrategias que tienen los docentes en la etapa de educación infantil en relación con la lectura, se ha utilizado el método de investigación mixta para poder dar respuesta a la hipótesis planteada. Los instrumentos utilizados han sido el cuestionario, la entrevista y la observación. El cuestionario y la entrevista han sido destinados a los maestros y maestras de Educación Infantil del colegio Agustín Espinosa, mientras que la observación se ha realizado en el periodo de prácticas. Finalmente, tras analizar los datos y la información recogida, se ha llegado a la conclusión de que la lectura es muy importante en la etapa de Educación Infantil.

Based on the null experience obtained in the educational stage of Early Childhood Education with the initiation to reading, this final degree project has been prepared that focuses on investigating the importance of reading in Early Childhood Education. To carry out the work, the curriculum of the second stage of early childhood education has been analyzed, in addition to investigating and exploring issues related to the teachinglearning process in relation to reading. Considering that the purpose of this project is to know the perception and strategies that teachers have in the stage of early childhood education in relation to reading, the mixed research method has been used to be able to respond to the hypothesis raised. The instruments used were the questionnaire, the interview and the observation. The questionnaire and the interview have been intended for the teachers of Early Childhood Education of the Agustín Espinosa school, while the observation has been carried out in the internship period. Finally, after analyzing the data and information collected, it has been concluded that reading is very important in the Early Childhood Education stage.
