Estrés docente.

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado es un proyecto de investigación. En él se analiza la salud general y el estrés que padecen los docentes del segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil y toda la etapa de Educación Primaria en la isla de Tenerife. Para ello, se lleva a cabo un cuestionario con el fin de recabar datos relativos a la salud y bienestar de los docentes en el ámbito laboral. Asimismo, se analizan los datos obtenidos a partir del cual se concluye que hay un elevado número de docentes que han sufrido alguna vez estrés docente o el síndrome de Burnout y lo han superado gracias a determinadas estrategias. Del mismo modo, se analizan otros datos como las causas que provocan este estrés, así como sus consecuencias.

This end-of-degree project is a research project. It analyses the general health and stress that the teachers suffer in the second cycle of early childhood education and the entire stage of Primary Education on the island of Tenerife. Therefore, a questionnaire is carried out in order to retrieve data about the health and well-being of teachers in the workplace. In addition, the data is analysed and as a result it is concluded that there is a high number of teachers who have suffered at some time teacher stress or Burnout syndrome and have overcome it because of certain strategies. In the same way, other data is studied such as what causes this stress and its consequences.
