Evolución del turismo ruso en España, Canarias y Tenerife

Abstract

El tema central de este proyecto se centra en explicar las causas de la evolución del turismo de origen ruso en territorio de España centrándose en Canarias y la isla de Tenerife como destino. Para ello, se ha procedido a establecer una relación entre diferentes factores que condicionan dicha evolución. En primer, lugar la recopilación de los antecedentes históricos del turismo ruso y su etapa del turismo actual. Acto seguido se ha estudiado la situación geopolítica contemporánea de Rusia y cómo ésta influye en la evolución de su sector turístico. Para profundizar aún más en las causas de la evolución ha sido necesario definir algunos rasgos característicos del turista ruso, así como establecer una relación de lo anterior con el análisis de España, Canarias y Tenerife como destino para este tipo de turismo y sus cifras dentro del territorio nacional e insular.

The central theme of this project focuses on explaining the causes of the evolution of tourism of Russian origin in the territory of Spain, focusing on the Canary Islands and the island of Tenerife as a destination. To do this, a relationship has been established between different factors that condition evolution. First of all, the compilation of the historical background of Russian tourism and its current tourism stage. This was followed by a study of the contemporary geopolitical situation in Russia and how it influences the evolution of its tourism sector. To go deeper into the causes of evolution, it has been necessary to define some characteristic features of the Russian tourist, as well as to establish a relationship of the above with the analysis of Spain, the Canary Islands and Tenerife as a destination for this type of tourism and its figures within the national and insular territory.
