dc.description.abstract | Introducción: El estrés y la ansiedad son afectaciones capaces de perjudicar a la gestante y a su feto, pudiendo desarrollar diferentes trastornos fisio-psicológicos. Sin embargo, la música, se ha considerado una poderosa herramienta para controlar y prevenir estos trastornos que perturban la Salud Mental Perinatal. Objetivo: Medir el efecto de la música como terapia coadyuvante frente al estrés y ansiedad durante la gestación. Hipótesis: “La música es una herramienta eficaz para los profesionales de Enfermería a la hora de controlar y reducir los niveles de estrés y ansiedad en las mujeres gestantes”. Metodología: Es un proyecto de estudio cuantitativo, corte longitudinal y con diseño experimental prospectivo. Se requiere un tamaño muestral de 176 participantes, derivadas de las consultas de las matronas de Atención Primaria de la isla de Tenerife; resultado duplicado para conseguir un grupo experimental y un grupo de control. Se utilizarán cuestionarios pre y post intervención como valoración. Se precisará un análisis estadístico con la ejecución del programa SPSS v.24 en el tratamiento de los datos obtenidos. Resultados esperados: Se prevé que, el uso frecuente de la música ayudará a reducir los niveles de estrés y ansiedad y a prevenir su agudización en las gestantes. | es |
dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Stress and anxiety are disorders that can prejudice the pregnant woman and her foetus, even more, they can develop serious physio-psicologycal conditions. However, music has been considered to be a powerful tool to control and prevent those disorders that disturb the women Antenatal Mental Health. Aim of study: To measure the effects of music as an adjuvant therapy against stress and anxiety during pregnancy. Hypothesis: ‘Music is an effective tool for nursing professionals to control and reduce high stress and anxiety levels on pregnant women’. Methodology: This is an analytical, longitudinal and prospective study. It is required a number of 352 volunteers to participate from the midwifery consults in Primary Care all over the isle of Tenerife; divided into an experimental group (176 women) and a control group (176 women). There will be used questionnaires before and after intervention to measure the results. The data analysis will be executed by the SPSS v.24.
